We are excited to announce that the German Quality and Finance Institute has included us in the ranking of Italian companies with the greatest economic expansion in the three-year period 2017-2020.

For us at AYES this award has a particular value as the analysis concerned only the growth in terms of employment and turnover in a mainly organic way and not through external acquisitions. A growth, therefore, which, achieved in a difficult economic context such as that of recent years, recognizes the work efforts of whole team and motivates us to continue with this trend for years to come.

The German ITQF Institute, a leading independent body in Europe in quality surveys, after a rigorous selection, has drawn up the list of the 600 companies that are driving the recovery based on the average annual growth in the three-year period 2017-2020. It is the fourth edition of a detailed survey that rewards the excellence of the Italian economy which, despite a very difficult macroeconomic framework, is recording a remarkable development. Over 25,000 high-growth companies were contacted. This list was compiled through research in publicly available databases (chambers of commerce, etc.), online company data, analysis of tenders and previous editions of Campioni della Crescita. In total, these sources surveyed about 8 million Italian companies. Data were also collected on operating results in the three-year period 2017-2020 and on the number of employees, to discard companies with a continuous decline in employment or persistent losses. The calculation of the growth rate was based on the turnover data communicated and confirmed by the candidate companies. The sample list was compiled on the basis of the Compounded Average Growth Rate (CAGR).
