In the Financial Times‘ article featuring the top 1000 European companies, AYES ranks among the 2021 Europe’s fastest growing companies. During the period considered, AYES revenue increased by approximately 126.1% (compound growth rate) on a yearly base.

We want to celebrate it with you as well as with our team, clients, partners, and everyone who has been working with us from the beginning.

• Awards and achievements in Challenging times

It is especially rewarding to receive such an honor in this very difficult period. We believe that this is partly due to our creativity as well as our specific market approach.

Creativity for AYES means approaching a problem with an open mind, and using our imagination without setting too many boundaries. It also includes aving the courage to make bold predictions, propose unconventional solutions and accept new perspectives coming from other sectors. We grow in a complex market where, to keep up with technological evolution and continue to add value to our services, we need to be lean, flexible and reactive. This is what makes AYES an innovative and efficient company.
There is also our approach. Young, flexible and adaptive.
When the Covid surged in early 2020, for example, our company, like many others, experienced moments of uncertainty. When Lombardy and later the whole of Italy shut down, our CEO, Danilo Spada, contacted us one by one and told us: «AYES doesn’t stop, we don’t stop». All activities that could be performed remotely were transferred there in a matter of hours. Meanwhile, we took advantage of this situation to launch internal R&D groups to carry out ambitious internal projects.

This is how we started the AYESanify project, which aims to revamp existing industrial systems to enable automated sanitization in closed spaces for the transportationsector (subway, trains, etc.). We managed to turn this period of risk into an aera of opportunities. Fear became excitement!

• Looking ahead

AYES is a people-based company. The foundation of AYES is its people, with their ambitions and their dreams. One the keys to our success resides in our ability to understand and focus on the passions that drive people, to define a path of their growth and, consequently, for the company as well.

In the future, we hope to continue  listening to our team members’ dreams, and to imagine those of future team members. In work, as in life, you can achieve whatever you want if you really want it.

We are still growing as a company. We have ambitious projects coming up, and we are hiring.
